There are no returns on original art or prints/cards unless there is an error in the order or damage.
Damaged goods in shipping: If an item arrives damaged [this rarely happens] please notify me immediately within 12 hours. Take a picture of the shipping box and all damage. Contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
International Orders: I only ship Priority so international orders even for small items are always at least $25+. I am happy to give you a cost for an order.
Multiple Orders in your cart: Sometimes the shipping might add up with multiple ite,ms. Keep in ind art or certain items mist be shipped separately. If I get your order and i see the shipping is inaccurate, I will notify you by email and provide a refund.
Timeline:
Art cards, art and books: Ship within 3 days [unless cards are being restocked]
Prints: 10 days approximately from your order to when I ship.
Maple Wood Prints: 5-7 days to ship
Pillows/Fabric/Product: varies, but I keep you posted from the time you make the order
