There are no returns on original art or prints/cards unless there is an error in the order or damage.
Damaged goods in shipping: If an item arrives damaged [this rarely happens] please notify within 12 hours. Take a picture of the shipping box and save it, and photgraph all damage. Contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
International Orders: I only have USA in the shipping options. But you may save items in your cart and ask me what shipping cost would be to a foreign country. It is too hard to list over seas pricing for most of my items. I only ship Priority so international orders even for small items are always at least $25+. I am happy to give you a cost for an order.
Shipping overages when you place multiple items in your cart: Sometimes the shipping might add up with multiple items. Keep in mind art or certain items might need to ship separately. If I get your order and I see the shipping is to high, I will notify you by email and provide a refund when item ships and is packed.
Timeline:
Art cards, art and books: Ship within 4 business days [unless cards are being restocked]
Prints: Ships within 15 days from your order [sometimes sooner]. All prints are pulled by my printer and take time to ship to me.
Clay: In stock minumum 4 business days to ensure proper packaging.
