Old Rat lives in the barn. It is said she is the reincarnation of Mrs. Studley who was one of the first settlers of this area in the 1700's.

She is created by hand with all natural materials and hand stitching. Her ears are mohair, her body is made of natural cottons and cheese cloth. Her eyebrows are the fiber of one of our sheep, Assumpta. She is stuffed with wood shavings. She is attached to a stand by her legs which are nails wrapped in cloth and thread.

She is sewn in Apifera raggedy style.

Old Rat requires a suitable home where cats understand she is part of the family.
